Bose headphones offer premium noise-cancelling features. Now, the company is finally making a wireless version of its excellent headphones.

Recently, the company unveiled four wireless headphones. These wireless headphones are not the first on the market. But they are definitely the first ones with top-grade noise-cancelling features. The QC 35s and QC 30s have proven that the company intends to become the leading player in this field.

Bose’s QuietComfort 35 headphones are now available at $350. This model has the same around-ear design as its previous wired QC offerings. It also offers the same similar listening experience as the QC25s’ or the SoundLink IIs.

Of course, the best selling point here is that the QuietComforts are going wireless. The company promised that this model will have an up to 20 hours of battery life on a full charge. It can go longer if you plug them using the included cable. Plugging them will shut off Bluetooth so the battery will focus on turning out the noise around you.

Despite its high price, this model does an excellent job in making you feel like you’re alone while you’re playing something. The company demonstrated typical ambient noise, like busy city streets and subway stations. And the models did an admirable job in shutting all distractions.

You can have the QC 35 headphones in either black or silver.

If you wish to have a pair of smaller headphones, you can go with the noise-cancelling neck buds. The company just announced it today. The QuietControl 30s will sit comfortably in your ears. This model will have a black plastic band that you can use to cover the back of your neck.

QuietControl is different from QuietComfort because the former allows you to adjust the level of noise cancellation using an app or a physical control on the earbuds. This feature is quite useful when you’re performing an activity that requires some hints of what’s going on around you.

QuietControl 30s are not cheap. They can cost $300 when they become available in September. According to Bose, this model has a battery life of up to 10 hours.

Apart from those two models, Bose also introduces two models: SoundSport Wireless and SoundSport Wireless Pulse. They’re designed for sport and fitness users. These two models are water and sweat resistant. They also come in bright colors.

Unlike other wireless headphones, these two Bose headphones would remain snug in your ears regardless of how intense your exercise could get. The SoundSport Pulse version features a built-in heart rate monitor found inside the earbuds. This kind of feature is recently seen from other headphone makers, like Samsung.

You can order the SoundSport earbuds today at $149. The Pulse version will ship a little later for $199.

The origins of Bose headphones with noise-cancelling technology could be traced as far back as 1978. According to the company, the founder could not enjoy the music that he was listening to during his flight from the US to Europe using the headphones supplied by the plane.
