At a glance, the numbers of social share will give you an idea of whether or not that topic is worth reading.

2. HootSuite

It lets you cover several social networks, like Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Plus Page and Instagram. Hootsuite has the functionality of delegating tasks or sending private messages. This feature is essential if there is more than one person handling your accounts.
