Twitter’s upcoming feature could let you add photo, video, and GIF to tweets
Image Credit: TechCrunch Twitter is currently testing a new feature that lets you mix multiple media files in one tweet. This feature will set aside the one that restricts users to adding only one particular type of media at a time. The feature, which has been confirmed by Twitter, is already available as a test for some users. The test was confirmed by Twitter to TechCrunch last week in a short statement by an employee of the company: “We’re testing a new feature with select accounts for a limited time that will allow people to mix up to four media assets into a single tweet, regardless of format. We’re seeing people have more visual conversations on Twitter and are using images, GIFS and videos to make these conversations more exciting. With this test we’re hoping to learn how people combine these different media formats to express themselves more creatively on Twitter beyond 280 characters,” the company said in a statement. Multimedia tweets can only be posted on the mobile version of Twitter at the moment. There is no official confirmation if the feature will be available on the desktop version. However, this could change in the near future. Twitter...
WhatsApp is developing a new chatbot to update you on upcoming features
Image Credit: WABetaInfo WhatsApp has been pretty regular at adding new features lately. The chat app has a number of features that are either being tested or launched. The latest feature set to be added is a chatbot. The chatbot will make it easier to understand what is new on the platform. The feature will notify you of new features the same way Telegram does. The upcoming feature was spotted by WABetaInfo, and is currently in its early stages of development. In a screenshot as posted by the tracker, the chat will appear from WhatsApp’s verified chatbot. According to the screenshot, a notification providing information about new features, tips, and tricks for WhatsApp, and information about privacy and safety will appear. You will not be able to reply to any of the messages provided by the bot as it is a read-only account. My understanding of the chatbot is that it is only designed to provide information to users. It is also means you will not be able to reach WhatsApp in event that you have a question or feedback to give via the chatbot. You will be able to block the chatbot if you do not wish to...

In this blog post, we will take a look at the top 5 most expensive NFTs (non-fungible tokens) on the market. These tokens have all reached impressive prices and show no signs of stopping anytime soon. So, without further ado, let’s take a look at these luxurious tokens! What Are NFTs? NFTs are digital assets that are unique and non-fungible. This means that you cannot replicate or exchange for other assets like fiat currency or cryptocurrency. NFTs can represent anything from in-game items and digital art to real estate and collectibles. This makes them different from traditional cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, which are fungible and can be interchangeable. NFTs can represent anything from digital art to rewards points, and they’re stored on a blockchain just like other cryptocurrencies. The big difference is that NFTs are not interchangeable, which means they can be sold for high prices. The current NFT market is still relatively small, but it’s growing rapidly as more people become aware of this new type...
Meta shares how social connectedness influences economic value
Meta and researchers from Harvard and Stanford has released a new report on how social connectedness can affect economic prospect. For instance, it studied how connection to friends with higher incomes help open more opportunities for others. The new report highlights these links. Meta says this is how its data insights can help study society when shared responsibly to protect privacy. The university researchers worked with Meta to examine privacy-protected data from Facebook and Instagram users in the US. “The researchers found that social connections play an important role in helping people achieve economic mobility. Neighborhoods that foster more connections between low-income and high-income people tend to have higher levels of mobility,” says Meta. Meta has released the data to the public. You can see various social connectedness data points. And you can find the resulting economic prospect in your region. The chart allows you to sort data by county or ZIP code. You can also filter by high school or college. It shows how connected people from varying economic circumstances are in your area. The greater the mix of low and high-income students, the greater the opportunity. Stronger connections lead to better economic mobility. “The research also highlights why it’s crucial that policymakers...
