Microsoft has revamped its Xbox Live app to allow Apple iPad users to auto-connect their Xbox games console straight from the tablet.
Despite its lesser technological advancement compared to Microsoft’s SmartGlass Companion, the ‘My Xbox Live’ iPad app provides access for users to check on what’s happening in their console and browse through applications that they have visited recently. In terms of discovering new contents and accessing live media controls, new added functions, which include options like rewind, pause, and fast forward, provide better user experience.
“Use your iPad with your Xbox to connect, control and discover content on your console. Connect your iPad for access to a quick list of your most recent console activity,” says an Apple representative.
“Control your content with play, pause, fast forward and rewind media controls. Find fresh entertainment to play in the new Discover section.”
However, it’s not only that. The refreshed Xbox Live app, which has already reached the Apple iPhone during the previous month, also carries a number of bug solutions for its smartphone equivalent.
Microsoft’s My Xbox Live application is compatible with iOS devices running version 4.3 and higher, and is downloadable from the Apple App Store free of charge.

Apps are what is needed to make your smartphone smart and unique.Im fond of app creating and find it really helpful to use site like Snappii where I can build apps in minutes.
