51pc of top websites have Facebook, Twitter link

SEO platform company BrightEdge conducted a study of the top 10,000 websites in the world and found that just 51 percent included a link to Twitter or Facebook on their home page.

YouTube turns 6, logs 3bn views a day

Video sharing website YouTube, which celebrates its sixth birthday this month, reported this week that its views per day have increased to 3 billion, a whopping 50 percent increase compared to last year.
 
The rate at which videos are uploaded to the website recorded an even more impressive 100 percent increase  over last year: 48 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube every minute.  This is a 37% increase in the last six months.
