The new phones, including the new droid razr m, will be exclusive to Verizon Wireless.
The DROID RAZR HD and DROID RAZR MAXX HD are the updates to the popular droid razr and droid razr maxx smartphones.

The new smartphone is now up for pre-order from Verizon (go here to do so) and will be available on September 13th in Verizon Wireless Communications Stores and online verizonwireless.com for the introductory price of $99.99.
That price will be after a $50 mail-in rebate and if you choose to sign a new two-year customer agreement with Verizon.

Verizon has rolled out the ooVoo video calling app for the 4G LTE Droid Razr and the Droid Razr Maxx together with its Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) update.
