Nokia plans to hire 10,000 new workers at cut-price pay after it finishes building a new factory in Vietnam while 3,000 other people worldwide will soon lose their jobs.
According to Vietnamese news organization BaoMoi, the Finnish phone maker will drop $300 million to build a new factory that will house around 10,000 employees in the Asian country.
