A U.S. judge Friday struck down an attempt by Apple to get an injunction against Motorola Mobility products claiming the Google-unit is infringing on technology it owns.

Repair firm iFixit has conducted a teardown of the MacBook Pro with Retina Display and the firm is calling it the least repairable laptop yet.
The firm has given the 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display a “Repairability Score” of just 1 out of 10. That’s the lowest on the firm’s rating scale with 10 being the easiest to repair.
