A small Spanish firm is now suing Apple for extortion after it won a case regarding patent infringement filed by the iPad maker back in November.

Facebook for iPhone just received an update bringing the Timeline feature to the Apple smartphone.
The new version of the Facebook for iPhone app – version 4.1 – brings the Timeline feature and a couple other added changes to the now-old iPhone app.

A Chinese court has rejected a trademark infringement case filed by Apple alleging that a Chinese company is infringing on the iPad name, the Southern Metropolis Daily reveals.
According to a report from the newspaper on Tuesday, a court in Shenzhen, China rejected Apple’s suit claiming that Proview Technology was infringing on the iPad name.
