The Japanese will be luckier than us mere mortals in other parts of the world as it is revealed that they can get a Galaxy S III with 2GB in RAM which will be offered by NTT DoCoMo.
First spotted in a PDF from the Japanese telecommunications company, and later confirmed by the Verge, it’s now certain that the NTT DoCoMo variant of the Galaxy S III will have 2GB RAM.
As can be seen from the PDF, the Galaxy S III with a code of SC-06D and will be a part of DoCoMo’s NEXT series of smartphones …
