That is a massive drop from its $99.99 initial cash out offering and may be an indication how well the smartphone is selling, various mobile technology industry observers note.

AT&T Ranked Worst National Carrier By Consumer Reports

AT&T continues its unfortunate streak of being ranked by Consumer Reports’ annual mobile carrier assessment as the worst national network provider in the US.
The last-place ranking goes to AT&T as its rival Verizon was ranked best by the publication in its annual ranking.
Sprint and T-Mobile ranked in between AT&T and Verizon.

AT&T will launch its Samsung Rugby 3 smartphone offering this December 14.
According to the U.S. telecoms carrier, the rugged flip phone is the fifth-generation device from the Samsung Rugby series and support’s the firm’s enhanced PTT (ePTT) service.
