Tim Cook has announced that the Apple App Store now has over 30 billion downloads, a mark that places the closest competition next to nil.

Apple’s Tim Cook Says Company Has Too Much Cash

Apple CEO Tim Cook has signaled, in a deviation from the previous practices of late company co-founder Steve Jobs, that he thinks the company has too big a hoard of cash.
The remark was made by Cook at Apple’s annual shareholders’ meeting on Thursday during a question-and-answer session.
