Samsung has won another battle against Apple this time in a Dutch court which ruled that the South Korean tech powerhouse does not infringe on Apple’s patent covering the pinch-to-zoom feature.
According to the court in The Hague, Netherlands, with Samsung products including Galaxy smartphones and tablets, Samsung “does not infringe the claims that Apple has made,” Reuters says.
