Market research firm IHS iSuppli released a report on Friday saying that the global tablet shipment will grow twelvefold by 2015.
The forecast puts the total number of shipments of tablet devices by 2015 to more than 200 million. Last year, a total of 17.4 million tablets were sold worldwide, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Based on statistics from the Apple Inc. conference call on Tuesday, the company has again topped the mobile OS category with its iOS as data show that it has sold 366 thousand iOS devices daily during the fiscal first year.
