The Samsung Galaxy S III is now available in 28 countries in Europe and other regions of the world. The 3rd generation Samsung Galaxy S representative promises to be even more successful than its predecessor will ever be, responsible for propelling the South Korean company to the status of the world’s largest smartphone manufacturer over Apple – its direct competitor.
Entering the market a few months before Apple to release a new model of iPhone, Galaxy S III has all chances to increase even more the distance between the two companies.
In comparison with the current Apple flagship, iPhone 4S, Galaxy S III comes equipped with the newest Android version, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and a 4.8 inch screen with 720p HD resolution, of high performance and substantially bigger than the one installed on the iPhone 4S.
Very helpful in promoting the Samsung Galaxy S III are the mobile operators, which manage extensive advertising campaigns to arouse the enthusiasm of users, some of which gathered in front of retail stores in Berlin since Monday night and hoping to be among the first to grab a copy of the Galaxy S III before running out of stocks. Their fears are not really unjustified, especially with information that the white version of the Galaxy S III is only available on launch day, while the “pebble blue” version has yet to arrive at a later date after Samsung finds a fix to some problems related to the manufacture of this type of casing.
