Samsung has teamed with T-Mobile USA to unveil the Galaxy S Blaze 4G in early last month but not until now has its launch date come into the limelight.
The Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G has a 3.97-inch Super AMOLED screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 chip with a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, and Android 2.3 Gingerbread out of the box.
A 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording capability is at the back, and a 1.3MP camera for video calls graces the front.
The smartphone will come preloaded with a TeleNav GPS Navigator for voice-guided navigation, but no news yet if this is free for a certain period or not.
Samsung and T-Mobile jampacked the Galaxy S Blaze 4G with those features because studies claim that almost 80 percent of smartphone owners prefer to carry along one electronic device with them.
Note, however, that the 4G attached to its name is 42Mbps HSPA+ only, and not LTE.
The Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G will be available through T-Mobile USA stores and authorized dealers and retailers in late March.
The handset will come with a two-year contract on Classic plan and will cost $150 after $50 mail-in rebate.
