The tech community has been wakened Monday because of the buzz created by rumored screenshots of something called ‘Windows App Store’ which some reports say is very similar to Apple’s Mac App Store.

Windows 7 Usage Exceeds XP Usage in the US

The operating system which refuses to die might be losing its battle to its younger brother in the US as StatCounter reports that usage of Windows 7 in the US has surpassed usage of the Windows XP OS for the first time.
According to data from the Irish web analytics site, Windows 7’s advance over XP was recorded for the first 10 days of April this year.

Samsung Apps, the mobile and TV app store of Samsung Electronics Corp., has reached 100 million app downloads since the service started on the Samsung Wave (GT-S5800) smartphone in June.

T-Mobile on Friday disclosed plans to start releasing two new smartphone products within April, LG G2X and Samsung Sidekick 4G.
