The highly rumored date of release for the iPhone 5 is less than a month away, but just what are the features of this new Apple smart phone?
For that we need to go back to the latest rumors regarding the new iPhone.
iPhone 5 Features
Most likely, the iPhone 5 will have a larger screen. This is because most of the Android devices that have come out have large 4-inch screens, making the iPhone’s 3.5-inch screen outmoded.
Moreover, the new iPhone will mostly likely have 4G LTE connectivity. While most Android users don’t have much use for that connectivity in their Android devices, the Apple marketing team definitely has the ability to sell the interest to its iPhone 5 users.
In addition, the dock connector of the iPhone is likely to be improved as well. This hasn’t changed since 2007; it is expected that the new dock connector will be smaller, which also means new cables for the iPhone 5.
What will iPhone 5 be called?
Strictly speaking, iPhone 5 is the 6th generation iPhone. The third generation was named the iPad. It is possible that the new iPhone will not be called iPhone 5, like many websites call it now.
The expected date of availability for the new iPhone is on September 21. Quite possibly, the launch of this new device will be the biggest launch thus far.
As such, expect long lines in Apple stores when the much anticipated date arrives.
