Apple is rumored to introduce the newest member of the iPad series, the iPad mini, at a different occasion from that of the iPhone 5’s introduction.
The unveiling date of the iPhone 5 is rumored to be in September 12, and its selling date is to be in September 21.

The new iPad mini is said to have a 7-inch screen, similar to that of Amazon’s Kindle Fire. On the other hand, previous reports state that the screen dimensions and resolution would be the same as that of the current generation iPad.
This means that it would be slightly broader than other 7-inch tablets.
According to John Gruber, author of technology blog “Daring Fireball,” the new iPhone is too celebrated to have an announcement simultaneous with another device.
He also stated that the manufacturer would not want critics of both gadgets to surface the web together.
With separate launching for the iPhone 5 and the iPad mini, Apple has the opportunity to make use of the product launchings in time for the Holiday season.
