Alleged rates for each of the various memory and wireless configurations for the to-be-released iPad mini is shown through a screen capture, obtained by German gadget site, Mobilegeeks, whose source is the list of stocks of Media Market, the largest seller of electronic devices in Europe.
According to the inventory system screenshot, the new iPad would have 16 memory and wireless combinations to choose from. The original page states pricing for the different unit types in Euros, with a 19% value added tax assumed to be added to the price.

The cheapest of the units would cost 249 euros, or $322.60 and is equipped with 8GB memory and Wi-Fi capacity. Memory options of 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB are also listed. The 64 GB version, equipped with a 4G LTE capacity is priced at $650. Rumors of the iPad mini have been going on for months, with different sites claiming that the new iPad would have a 7.85-inch display, and would be priced much lower than the existing iPad.
It has been said that manufacturing for the new device has already commenced, with its introduction date allegedly slated to be on October 23. One news site based in Asia, however says that problems with production could push the debut further.
