Microsoft has revealed more information about its upcoming Halo 4 Xbox game.
The latest installment to the Halo franchise is set to arrive later this year. While gamers received a glimpse of the weaponry to expect from the upcoming game last week, now we have information on what classes of armor to wear.
Halo 4 will come with eight different armor classes, only two at launch, except when players purchase the premium Limited Edition game release that offers everything, and another six after players have climbed up previous multiplayer levels.
WetWork and Pioneer will arrive at launch, whereas the remaining classes, namely Engineer, Tracker, Rogue, Stalker, Pathfinder and Operator, will follow.
“Halo 4 has fifty levels. Once you have advanced through the standard fifty levels, you will get the option to enlist in a Specialization,” says a post on the Halo blog.
“You can choose the order in which you tackle unlocked Specializations. However once you select one, you must advance through it completely before enlisting in a separate Specialization.”
The armor class you will choose relies on your type of character and gameplay. If you are into sneak attacks and assassination, WetWork and its stealth features will serve your needs.
For smashing opponents and structures, you might want to consider Pioneer, which will allow you to ramp up armor upgrades and hold an extra grenade.
The advantage over classes varies from each other and allows you to squeeze power from vehicles.
