Samsung Galaxy S3 64GB models will be available before the year-end, according to the South Korean phone maker.

“The 64GB model of the Galaxy S III will be available during the second half of this year. The market availability and timing may vary and will be determined at the time,” the company confirmed.
Samsung has yet to announce an official release date for the release and pricing details.
Stay tuned as we try to find out more information. However, if Samsung holds back longer, it will likely face tighter competition from the iPhone 5, which is rumored to come in the next months.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 touts a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED screen and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box (upgradable to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean).
