Facebook has updated its official Android and iOS mobile apps to synchronize images between the client and the website through Facebook Photo Sync.
Owners of Android and iOS devices who installed the Facebook app should have already received a notification for an upgrade with the new feature.
The social networking company said in a statement that Facebook Photo Sync automatically uploads captured photos to a private album on its servers with an option to share it with friends later.
Facebook started testing Photo Sync in August and said it will continue to make it available to more people.
If you haven’t received a notification and not too concerned about the social network’s privacy policy changes, manually download the latest Facebook app for Android or iOS to try out the new feature.
