A teaser app for Android called the Samsung Mobile Unpacked APK revealed a logo depicting what looked like three upcoming products: the vague Samsung Galaxy Note, the defined Samsung Wave 3 smartphone, and the obvious Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 tablet.
From their tag names, the Galaxy Note suggestively will be a notebook of some kind, the Wave 3 uses the naming scheme for Samsung’s mobile phones that run on Bada OS, and the Galaxy Tab 7.7 blatantly promotes a tablet computer.
Many Android users have confirmed that the application does contain such images, but hardware and software specifications are still unknown.
For now, and with a degree of certainty, we can expect the Galaxy Tab 7.7 to run on the new Android 3.2 Honeycomb mobile operating system, which caters to tablet computers with small screen sizes.
As displayed on the images, Samsung will launch these products on a special September 1 event in Berlin.
