AirPods are a fancy and pretty cool accessory for your iPhone. But the fact that they are missing the cord makes it very easy to lose one of them or both of them. So Apple decided to give a helping hand to the owners and include AirPods support to the Find My iPhone app. The feature will appear within iOS 10.3, which we expect to roll out in the upcoming weeks.

The app will have the ability to find the current or last known location of their headphones and their case. But it won’t pinpoint the exact location. It will have a more broad data location. For example it will show if you lost them inside your home or your workplace. This means that you still have to search a little bit. Also, to make the search easier the app will blast sound from your lost earbud(s). This is a good idea if you have lost it inside. But if you lost them outside the house then things will get more tricky.

It is a great move from Apple to release this feature, because cordless headphones have the tendency to get lost.

Also, the next major update from Apple will be featured on macOS and it will definitely affect your eyesight. If you like to use your computer at night, with no other light around, then you will probably experience some problems with your eyes. But, Apple will roll out a feature in order to protect your eyes.

The tech company will release the Night Shift feature for laptops and desktops at the newest version of macOS Sierra (10.12.4 beta). The Night Shift feature reduces the amount of blue light that is coming for your computer screen and completely “blinds” you if you use it in a pitch black environment. The feature will gives to the entire screen a yellow tone in the evenings and you would be able to look at the screen with less strain.

Of course there was something similar in the App Store, an app called F.lux. It was very popular amongst users and it was available for iOS and macOS. But, it was removed  from the App Store in 2016. So in order for Apple to cover the void it created the feature called Night Shift. As for F.lux you can find it for Android, Windows, and Linux.
