It’s possible that the Apple iPad Mini will be unveiled this week at a press event. If this is true, then Apple will definitely showcase the iPad Mini’s awesome features, aside from its 7.85-inch screen, which they will claim to be so much better than other companies’ 7-inch tablets.
There are several reasons why the iPad Mini will be a best-selling device, just like practically any other Apple smart device. Don Reisinger of eweek.com points to the following reasons why.

First, a small iPad is necessary. It’s more mobile than the 9.7-inch screen tablet, lighter, and thinner. If customers are looking for mobility, then this device is the thing to buy.
Second, the iPad Mini will be cheap, a couple of times less expensive than the iPad. Customers will be happy to use a device that can run iOS 6 for a much cheaper price.
Third, the Holiday Season rush is coming. It’s possible that Apple will launch the iPad Mini by November, which is the ideal time to release a product in time for the holiday rush.
Fourth, new tablet customers will cherish Apple with this device. Only a relative few can afford the Apple iPad because of its price. Nexus 7 and Kindle Fire was the choice for those looking for cheaper tablets. But now, with the iPad Mini, that’s about to change.
Fifth, Apple is great at endorsing its products. The iPad Mini will definitely get as much attention as other previous Apple products through all kinds of advertisements, word-of-mouth, etc.
Sixth, iPad Mini has great features. Based on rumors, some even suggested that some features are better than the new iPad. The iPad Mini will possibly have dual cameras with Retina display.

The "Tablet Wars" are certainly coming — another Android tablet launched last week — the Novo 7 Flame by Ainol Electronics, priced at $189 at a site in the US called TabletSprint – that gives the new Kindle HD and Nexus a run for the money with a high resolution 1280×800 IPS screen, 5 megapixel Rear Camera and 2 MP webcam, HDMI with Full 1080p HD, a Micro SD card storage slot, WIfi, Bluetooth, Ethernet & an option for 3G – definitely worth checking out, especially for $189 — Ainol Electronics is also an Award Winner as "Best Tablet of the Year" at CNET / CES 2012 –
I'm sure the anticipated Mini iPad is going to be at least a $100 more – let's see if the new Mini iPad can offer those features — ultimately though, for such a small screen device, I'd prefer to save and buy an Android –
